Frame

 

The above cell frames are adapted for different applications.

The left frame with an aluminous plate is very useful for heat dissipation, especially under the high charging current, and it is good for balancing the cell temperature and prolonging the battery life.

The right one without the aluminous plate is adapted to the application that the charging current is low and the ambient temperature is not high.

 

Standard Module

Connect external power and communication ports with a flexible arrangement; a flexible layout can be multi-layered with frames.

Collected the single-cell voltage and evaluated the state of the battery system to protect it from over-charge and over-discharge.

In case of over-heating, we adapted two temperature sensors to monitor the whole battery system in real-time, if the battery temperature excessed the setting value, the BMS will send a message to cut down the main relay or decrease the output power to protect the battery.
